We want to make working together as easy as possible. Below we’ve answered some of the more common queries we receive from our clients, both at the start and throughout the financial planning process.

Where are meetings held?

In our office: 145-147, Sparrows Herne, Bushey, Herts. WD23 1AQ

Do you have parking?

There is plenty of free parking opposite our office in Brooke Close or 50 yards away in Catsey Lane or Ashfield Avenue.

Do I have to pay for an introductory meeting?

No, the introductory meeting is free of charge, primarily for us both to establish whether we want to create a long-term working relationship.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

A good working knowledge of your assets and liabilities, incomings and outgoings, your plans for the future and it’s helpful if you have a partner for them to come along as well.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

60-90 minutes.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

No, we would never ask you to do this. The initial meeting is on a no-obligation basis.

How can I book an initial meeting?

Either by phone, email or using our online contact form.

Are you independent?

Yes – totally, wholly, completely. And proud to be, too. As independent financial planners, we have access to a wide range of products and services, meaning we’re able to give impartial advice and choose solutions that are best suited to your needs.

Are you regulated?

Yes, we are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. You can view our entry on the FCA register here.

Can you advise on final salary/defined benefit transfers?

No.

What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?

Another member of our team will be happy to assist you until your Planner is back.

Do you get commission?

No.

Do you charge VAT?

No.
