Hello, my name is Paul Finnerty. I’ve been a client of Dukes IFA for over 10 years and my advisor is Adrian.

10 years ago, I wanted to look into where I could invest some savings, where I could get the most value from my money, and where it would grow safely with the most potential. I’ve been very happy with what’s happened since then.

Dukes was recommended to me through a mutual friend, and so I arranged to meet them. I met with Adrian and after having two or three conversations about moving my pensions from one pot to another, we progressed from there.

I invested my money with Dukes due to the fact that I liked Adrian’s approach. That is, how he spoke to me and how he said he was going to invest the money. I liked the clarity I had, as I could physically see what was happening with my investments all the way along the line.

Working with Dukes IFA gives me security knowing that my investments are in safe hands. I can see what’s happening and I can forecast my financial future, which, with Adrian’s help, has been good for me and my family.

My financial future is in a good position, due to the lifestyle finance planning and cashflow forecasting I’ve done with Adrian. I know where I’ll be in 10 years’ time. Also, the fear of not having enough money when I retire has been taken away.

The three phrases I would use to describe Dukes are that they’re very informative and knowledgeable on products, they give honest advice, and the returns on their investments are also good.

If I had left my investments with others 10 years ago, I wouldn’t be in the position that I am now. Now, at least I can predict my preferred retirement age and when I’ll have enough capital to slow down, compared to when my other investments weren’t doing very well with who they were with previously.

The best thing about working with Dukes IFA is that Adrian is always in contact with me, as much as he wants to be, but probably at least once every three months. I can contact him whenever I need to if I have any queries or questions as well, which is great.

Yes, I would recommend Dukes IFA. I have recommended them to family members because of their honest advice and their return on investments.
